cultivar todos os instantes de bem-estar, perdoar as falhas alheias,
absolver os erros próprios,
agradecer todas as dádivas à mãe-natureza,
re(di)mir o que magoa ou é injusto,
celebrar a vida, cada dia (mesmo no meio do stress ou em desgosto...)
... desfrutar o máximo de momentos de felicidade,
